1. Eligibility for Returns

You may raise a return request under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective (e.g., does not function properly).

  • The delivered product is incomplete (missing items or accessories).

  • The delivered product is incorrect (wrong product, size, color, or expired).

  • The delivered product does not match the description or images on the product page.

  • The delivered product does not fit (e.g., size is unsuitable).

Note:

  • Return requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Certain items, such as groceries and digital goods, are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

  • The product must be returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging. If the product was delivered in Kolapola.com packaging, the same packaging must be used for the return.

  • Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging.

Important:

  • Clearly write the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package to avoid delays in processing.

  • If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return request.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • If your return request is rejected, the item will be returned to you within 6-8 days. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the item will be scrapped, and no refund will be issued.

5. Change of Mind

For select categories, we accept returns due to a change of mind. Please refer to the product page or contact our customer support team to confirm eligibility.

6. Warranty Claims

For electronic appliances and mobile phones, if the issue arises after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under the seller’s warranty or brand warranty. For more information, refer to our Warranty Policy.
