How Red Chili is Made

1. Cultivation: Red chilies are cultivated in warm climates. The plants are grown from seeds and require ample sunlight, water, and fertile soil.
2. Harvesting: Once the chilies turn red and mature, they are carefully harvested by hand.
3. Drying: The harvested chilies are sun-dried or machine-dried until they lose most of their moisture content. This process helps preserve the chilies and intensifies their flavor.
